When dolphin released an alpha version of their gamecube/wii emulator for android some time ago, it was an awesome feat for sure. smooth their emulator runs on the nvidia shield android tv and. If you're talking about the shield-to-tv streaming, that probably wouldn't even require any changes to dolphin, afaik. yeah, im talking pc to shield. i know that keplar gpu's encode and stream to shield at the hardware level, from what i could tell when nvidia talked about it..
