Recently a little boy playfully walked down a hallway. Yesterday the same little boy made his way up the same but oh-so-different walk.
Polar vortex. Pipes froze. Pipe burst. Gallons and gallons of water flooded our ceilings and walls from our upstairs neighbor.
Our home is unlivable during construction. Thank goodness for loving family and friends. This winter in Chicago has been a doozy, thats for sure.
