So about a year later they released the party pack which is their offline multiplayer. in other words, i still can't play races & road rages against my local friends. the graphic/framerate thing is simply a lame excuse.. Yeah, buying the party pack is the only way to play local multiplayer in burnout paradise.. The burnout™ paradise: ultimate box features all of the great gameplay and modes of the original game, as well as added enhancements especially for the pc. now you can cruise the streets of paradise city at night with the new day/night time cycles..
Nah. sadly, the only local multiplayer is burnout party and it took them a year to add that. it's because the game streams information constantly so if two players decided to split up and end up on opposite ends of the city, it'd be extremely taxing for the system to keep track of their progress through the city.. Burnout paradise is an open world racing video game developed by criterion games and published by electronic arts for playstation 3, xbox 360 and microsoft windows. it was also released on the playstation store and via xbox live marketplace 's games on demand .. This february, electronic arts will release burnout paradise: the ultimate box on pc, ps3 and xbox 360, an edition of criterion's open-world racer that packs all of the game's downloadable content.
