DIY Paper Bag Vase

DIY Paper Bag Vase

Need a little Spring in your life? Make this super easy DIY paper bag vase. Its an easy way to dress up your flowers and it makes a great DIY gift. I promise your friends will think youre crafty (even if youre not) if you arrive at their doorstop with this fun painted vase. I was inspired after seeing this paper bag vase over at A Bubbly Life.

This project couldnt be any easier. You dont even have to be good at drawing because polka dots, stripes and pretty much anything looks pretty on a paper bag.

Supplies: Paper bags (you could use lunch bags or craft bags like the ones I used from Michaels), paint pens (I used Sharpie), and a tall water glass or vase. Almost forgot - you need flowers too! I got my lovelies from my favorite place, The Flower Shop, in Encinitas.

Heres my new paper bag vase sitting pretty in my bedroom. Its crazy to think about how many options you have with this project.

Easy to make painted paper bag vase.

And because I was having so much fun and these only take about 5-10 minutes to make, I did one more quick doodle on another bag. I cant decide which one is my favorite. Maybe I need to make another just to break the tie.
